Vancouver Event Venues - The Settlement Building

The Settlement Building, located in Vancouver's hip Railtown district, just two blocks east of Gastown was built in 1923 and was originally a steel foundry. In addition to this cool Vancouver event space, Vancouver Urban Winery and Belgard Kitchen share a roof and we highly recommend them for all your bar and catering needs!The Settlement Building event space can seat between 40 – 90 guests for stand up functions and can accommodate between 100 – 120 guests for seated events. Another note worthy feature we love is the shipping container (pictured below) which is a permanent fixture in the space. We have loads of ideas of how you could get creative with it and incorporate this element into your event.
