Susanna Stewart Events Long Table Dinner

We’ve been planning events for several years now, and thought it was time to offically launch Susanna Stewart Events! This April, we hosted an intimate long table dinner to celebrate the occasion.

Guests enjoyed passed canapés from Boy with a Knife, and a custom designed dinner menu to choose from. Top choice was…Crispy olive oil polenta, garlic thyme saluted chanterelle mushrooms, arugula pesto, olive oil + sorrel greens.

Passed canapés included: Asparagus Tostadas, grilled asparagus, pickled onions, creamed asparagus, celery greens on crispy fried tortillas.

I love to incorporate a signature cocktail at events, our bartender, Chris from one of our favorite vendors Lavish Liquid whipped up this beauty for our guests to enjoy.

“Oh Susanna” vodka, apricot preserve, thyme syrup, lemon juice and prosecco

Harvest tables and vineyard chairs were selected to go with the laid back, west coast vibe. Gold flatware tied in elegantly, while linen textiles added that natural bohemian feel that we love so much.

Our little flower company was selected to create our floral arrangements and they were gorgeous!
